Client satisfaction is our imperative. We have routinely provided Clients with a warranty that puts as much as 50% of our fee at our Client’s discretion. We are pleased and proud to have earned 100% of our fees, usually with awards of follow-on assignments.

Who Are We?

We are small consulting corporation founded by our namesake, Patrick J. Mulvey.

Brief Biography: Patrick Mulvey, Managing Director and President

Originally trained as an engineer with B.S. and Masters degrees in Chemical
     Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Patrick worked in R&D and
     Technology management for Gulf Oil, Air Products & Chemicals, General Electric and

Through that course, and a series of successive promotions, he gradually changed
     emphasis from research to development, to marketing, to business development, to
     general management, and to strategy formulation and implementation.

Just before starting his own consulting firm eight years ago, Patrick was Director of
     Strategy & Business Development for AlliedSignal and brought strategic processes
     to organizations throughout the corporation, during its tremendous growth phase
     under Larry Bossidy.

Many clients are repeat customers, with a few notables spanning years of
     engagement for multiple follow-on assignments, including: AlliedSignal,
     Ingersoll-Rand, Magnetek, TRW and Northrop Grumman.

Patrick’s personable manner and experience rapidly earn him the trust and
     confidence of the most demanding executives and he collaborates easily with high
     caliber technical talent.

Patrick also has National Security Clearances including SSBI Conducted by YF dated
     19 Sep 02 with SCI Access granted by YF on 12 May 02.
